Registered Vascular Technologist

Job description for the Registered Vascular Technologist position:
 
 Position Overview:
 The Registered Vascular Technologist will be responsible for performing carotid, upper and lower extremity arterial ultrasounds, ABI exams, and venous ultrasound exams. Key duties include preparing patients, identifying vascular abnormalities and occasional post-catheterization arterial evaluations.



 Key Responsibilities:
 
   - Maintain ultrasound equipment.
   - Performing exams in a timely manner.
   - Act as a clinical resource for staff and physicians.
   - Compiling accurate reports for the physicians.
 
 Qualifications:
 
   - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
