Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Registrar. The Registrar plans, directs, and monitors all registrar functions and operations within the National Security Space Institute (NSSI), including student applications and registrations, student records, posting class schedules across all NSSI databases, and graduation certificates for all courses. They verify the registration process and acts as a central communication resource for information related to student records management. In addition, they are NSSI's Training Request Quota Identifier (TRQI) manager and are responsible for training accountability of students, including student tracking information.

The Registrar maintains a collaborative working relationship with the faculty and staff to ensure all registration and supporting requirements are articulated and administered per NSSI procedures, and guidelines.

The Registrar serves as the NSSI Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator. The LMS Administrator is responsible for: implementing and maintaining an LMS for the NSSI, the day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS), including training users; editing and publishing learning content; ongoing system improvements; resolution of system issues; generating reports; and assisting learners with troubleshooting issues in accessing and leveraging learning resources.

What you will be doing:

• Plan, organize, direct, and lead the administrative and operational activities of the Registrar''s Office
• Develops, updates, and maintains all student welcome information
• Assists all students with registration, funding, and travel information
• Maintains academic records for all NSSI students
• Identify user roles, granting access and role-based user permissions; maintain client portal and posting accuracy; create custom certification of course completion; and run reports.
• Provide LMS training for personnel based on role and system access.
• Upload, track, and maintain consistency of eLearning courses, materials and workshops for students and faculty
• Identify and resolve LMS issues concerned with LMS design; address learners' issues

What you will need:

• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy, analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, and manage projects
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication written and verbal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Computer skills, commensurate with essential functions
• Ability to manage competing priorities under specific time constraints
• BA or BS degree preferred or relevant work experience
• International Security Cooperation Policy and ITAR compliance experience
• Basic DoD FD understanding and training is preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of National Disclosure Policies and government guidance and direction is preferred
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI eligible

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
