7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:
- Student enrollment (new and existing)
- School of Choice students
- McKinney-Vento (homeless) students
- Review immunization records (MCIR) - Disease Reporting
- Help with school events (such as registration days)
- Conference room scheduling
- Medical (admin meds, injured students)
- Review/post grades (report cards, PATH grades, transcripts)
- Edit student info in Infinite Campus and add necessary flags (households, phone numbers, addresses, medical, legal, etc.)
- Manage student records (CA-60s)
- Chromebook payments
- Monitor daily attendance
- Administer medication when nurse is not in the building
- Assist with medical needs as needed when nurse is not in the building
- Fill in-in the main office as needed
Other Information:
- Positively interact with students and parents on a daily basis
- Experience working with diverse student and family populations preferred.
- Collaborate in an office team environment, performing other duties as required
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
- Lifting: Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires the substantial use of the upper extremities and back muscles.
- Fingering: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with whole hand or arm as in handling.
- Grasping: Applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm.
