Hours: 40 hours per week

Monday to Friday

7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

School-Year/Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Student enrollment (new and existing)
  • School of Choice students
  • McKinney-Vento (homeless) students
  • Review immunization records (MCIR) - Disease Reporting
  • Help with school events (such as registration days)
  • Conference room scheduling
  • Medical (admin meds, injured students)
  • Review/post grades (report cards, PATH grades, transcripts)
  • Edit student info in Infinite Campus and add necessary flags (households, phone numbers, addresses, medical, legal, etc.)
  • Manage student records (CA-60s)
  • Chromebook payments
  • Monitor daily attendance
  • Administer medication when nurse is not in the building
  • Assist with medical needs as needed when nurse is not in the building
  • Fill in-in the main office as needed

Other Information:

  • Positively interact with students and parents on a daily basis
  • Experience working with diverse student and family populations preferred.
  • Collaborate in an office team environment, performing other duties as required

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
  • Lifting: Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires the substantial use of the upper extremities and back muscles.
  • Fingering: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with whole hand or arm as in handling.
  • Grasping: Applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm.
  • Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken work; those activities where detailed or import spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
  • Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and making fine discriminations in sound.
  • Repetitive motions: Making substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • The worker is subject to environmental conditions.
  • The worker should provide consistent and reliable in-person attendance.
