Lebanon Valley College seeks a full-time Services Coordinator for the Office of the Registrar. This position provides front-line support by responding to in-person, phone, and email inquiries; processing registrations, enrollment and academic standing verifications, and transcript requests; maintaining student records; and performing other administrative duties. The position is scheduled for 37.5 hours per week during the academic year (mid-August through mid-May) and 15 hours per week during the summer. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent; at least two years of administrative experience; customer service experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems; strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills; and the ability to work effectively with diverse constituencies.
