Vitu has offices in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.Job SummaryThis individual should have knowledge of the registration and transfer process, policies and procedures as set forth by DMV as well as internal policies.Key Responsibilities

Adhere to VITU's service level agreements and established quality standards.

Apply knowledge of state-specific DMV requirements and procedures when reviewing vehicle paperwork.

Under the direction of the Audit Manager, review and audit vehicle paperwork to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with DMV policies, procedures, and internal requirements.

Communicate with dealerships and state agencies regarding paperwork discrepancies, processing requirements, and resolutions.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Automotive industry experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Attention to detail.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation

The hourly rate range for this position is: $19.00 - $23.00

The final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.
