This position requires entering voter registration applications into the system and respond to voter inquiry calls by providing accurate information. Follow established communication scripts when addressing various topics, research caller concerns, and offer appropriate solutions. Maintain detailed records of all calls in the call center database and provide voter status updates to the Advanced Voting staff.
