Registration Coordinator

Remote Full-Time
You will be the person registrants and clients count on, building event registration sites, answering the questions that come in fast during peak windows, and keeping a dedicated group of clients on track from registration through final payment. If you like solving problems in real time and take pride in getting the details right, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

• Build and launch custom event registration sites in Swoogo — pricing tiers, agenda selection, discount codes, branded landing pages
• Own registrant communication by email and phone: confirmations, edits, cancellations, payment issues
• Manage a dedicated client group from registration through final payment, staying ahead of deadlines
• Handle hotel blocking, seating assignments for galas and banquets, and travel research for group programs
• Travel onsite for events (expenses covered) and see the registrations you built come to life

What You Bring

Required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially under time pressure
• Strong customer service instincts and a solutions-first mindset
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Sharp attention to detail. This role manages real client money and real deadlines
• Comfort learning new software quickly and working independently, remote
• Availability to travel, all expenses paid

Preferred

• Experience with Swoogo or another registration platform
• Background in event planning, association management, hospitality, or travel coordination
• Experience with payment processing or client billing
