Registration Coordinator (Temporary)

Registration Coordinator – Keep Relocation Orders Moving & Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

The Pasha Group is seeking a detail-oriented Registration Coordinator to support the successful movement of household goods shipments from order registration through transportation. In this role, you will ensure orders are accurately entered, tracked, and maintained while providing responsive service to customers, vendors, and internal teams.

As a key member of the logistics operation, you’ll coordinate shipment information, maintain accurate records, resolve exceptions, support department KPIs, and help ensure every relocation order is handled efficiently and accurately.

Coordinate Orders, Shipments & Logistics Activities

Keep relocation orders moving with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

• Register & Track Orders: Enter new orders and shipment information into computerized tracking systems and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
• Monitor Shipments: Track shipments with steamship lines, trucking vendors, railroads, and other transportation providers.
• Maintain Data Accuracy: Review systems and databases for errors, research exceptions, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Manage Documentation: Scan, organize, and separate documents within the Document Management System while maintaining complete shipment records.
• Stay Organized: Update schedules, logs, tasks, and shipment information daily to support operational readiness.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service & Communication

Build strong relationships by responding quickly, communicating clearly, and resolving issues with care.

• Support Customers: Answer incoming calls and respond promptly to customer communications, taking appropriate action to address questions and requests.
• Resolve Service Issues: Escalate internal and external concerns as needed and help drive timely resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Communicate Across Teams: Collaborate effectively with internal departments, customers, vendors, and other business partners.
• Protect Confidential Information: Handle customer and company information with professionalism, tact, and discretion.

Support Performance & Process Improvement

Help strengthen team performance through accurate information, reliable processes, and continuous improvement.

• Track Department KPIs: Support departmental performance goals and customer satisfaction standards.
• Identify Improvements: Provide input to leadership on departmental initiatives and opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
• Support Daily Operations: Perform data entry, typing, phone messaging, mail distribution, faxing, and other administrative responsibilities as needed.
• Contribute to the Team: Work independently while remaining a collaborative and valued member of the broader team.

What You Bring

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related college coursework preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of related experience, with an emphasis on importing and exporting goods; domestic or international transportation and logistics experience preferred.
• Technology Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Data Entry: Strong typing and ten-key skills with a typing speed of approximately 40 WPM.
• Customer Service: Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills with the ability to build effective professional relationships.
• Attention to Detail: Highly accurate and organized with strong data-entry and recordkeeping skills.
• Teamwork: Able to work independently while contributing effectively in a team-based environment.

Work Environment

This position works primarily in a corporate office environment and requires frequent computer and telephone use, document handling, data entry, and movement throughout the office. The role may occasionally require lifting or moving items weighing up to 20 pounds.

The salary range listed is based on the geographic zone associated with this role: Reno, NV. Starting pay will be determined by job-related factors including experience, education, and business needs and may be modified at any time.Zone 3: Starting rate $18.25; up to $19.25 for highly qualified candidates
