We're seeking a Registration Manager to lead our front-office teams across multiple clinic locations - Lynchburg, Forest and Farmville. In this role, you'll coach and develop team members, drive operational excellence, and ensure patients receive exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You'll Do

Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams

  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop registration team members.

  • Establish clear expectations and drive accountability through ongoing feedback and performance management.

  • Conduct one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and career development conversations.

  • Foster a positive, engaged, and collaborative team culture.

Champion the Patient Experience

  • Ensure patients receive professional, compassionate, and efficient service.

  • Resolve escalated patient concerns and identify opportunities to enhance the patient journey.

  • Partner with operational leaders to improve workflows, staffing strategies, and service delivery.

Support Clinic Operations

  • Collaborate with providers, clinical staff, and operational leaders to ensure seamless daily operations.

  • Address front-office challenges that impact clinic flow, productivity, and patient satisfaction.

  • Monitor team performance, workload distribution, and operational effectiveness across multiple sites.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Oversee registration processes, insurance verification, and cash-handling procedures.

  • Ensure accurate end-of-day reconciliation and adherence to operational standards.

  • Assist with staffing plans, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Lead implementation of best practices and process improvements across the region.

Ensure Compliance & Quality

  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Promote accuracy, consistency, and accountability in all registration-related activities.

  • Serve as a trusted resource for team members and operational leaders.

What You'll Bring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Leadership experience in healthcare, patient access, registration, medical office operations, or a high-volume customer service environment.
  • Experience coaching, developing, and managing employee performance. Knowledge of patient registration, insurance verification, billing processes, and HIPAA requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive operational results in a fast-paced environment.
