Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our Rooms team - a person who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!

What Were Looking For:

• A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with others
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
• A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success

What Youll Bring to the Table:

• 1+ years of service industry experience and Housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
• Passion for cleanliness and organization
• Flexible schedule - availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to lift/pull up to 30 lbs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Use your genuine and authentic personality to make a positive impression on guests while cleaning rooms
• Approach every guest and employee interaction as a confident problem solver, delivering the highest level of hospitality and accommodating special requests whenever possible
• Uphold meticulous attention to detail and Four Seasons quality standards, understanding the impact a spotless room has on the guest experience
• Adapt quickly to changes and multitask effectively, assisting with guest requests and operational needs
• Answer guest calls and direct them appropriately in the absence of a Communications Operator
