Support vendor qualification program and regulatory compliance projects to promote safe, quality products.

  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Follow and ensure compliance to quality system and cGMP programs.
  • Provide current and accurate information about raw material certifications used or being considered for use by the company.
  • Maintain and monitor spreadsheets used to track certification program compliance for raw material and finished product certifications.
  • Assist in preparation of customer and regulatory audits.
  • Support supplier qualification and product certification programs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers as needed.
  • Research and provide information for special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Non-supervisory role.
  • No certifications or licenses required.
  • Moderate math skills required.
  • Moderate reading skills required.
  • Moderate computer skills needed.
  • Must have moderate language skills.
  • Must have moderate writings skills.
  • Must be willing to learn new tasks and procedures.
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively perform all essential position duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to self or others.
  • Maintain a regular and dependable work attendance record with few instances of unplanned and/or unexpected absence.
