Akkodis is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Associate for a Contract with a client in South Portland, ME. The ideal candidate is responsible for coordinating regulatory submission packages, managing product registrations, and serving as a regulatory liaison throughout the product lifecycle.
Rate Range: $19/Hour to $20/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Regulatory Affairs Associate Job Responsibilities include:
Coordinate and prepare regulatory submission and registration packages to support product approvals and market access.
Maintain global product registrations, licenses, approvals, and regulatory databases to ensure ongoing compliance.
Monitor regulatory requirements and changes, providing updates and guidance to internal stakeholders.
Review and ensure quality and accuracy of regulatory documents, reports, and submission materials.
Serve as a regulatory liaison between cross-functional teams, including Marketing, R&D, and regulatory agencies.
Support post-market regulatory activities, including regulatory reporting, document management, and agency communications.
Required Qualifications:
Technical Diploma, associate degree, or equivalent qualification in Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Minimum 1+ year of Regulatory Affairs experience, preferably within the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
Experience supporting regulatory submissions, product registrations, licensing activities, and maintaining regulatory documentation in compliance with global regulations.
Strong knowledge of regulatory processes, document control, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Marketing, and regulatory agencies.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
