Job Description

We are seeking a Regulatory and Compliance Analyst to join our team for a remediation project supporting a regulatory audit. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CRS regulatory reporting, tax form validation, and Excel-based data analysis and a proven ability to execute process-driven tasks with accuracy, update systems at scale, and support solicitation activities to meet audit timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Validate CRS self-certifications and related documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform tax form validation and reconcile discrepancies against internal records.
• Update multiple systems with required data elements and maintain audit-ready records.
• Assist with solicitation efforts to obtain missing or corrected client information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years in CRS regulatory reporting or similar compliance functions.
• Hands-on tax form validation experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivots and VLOOKUPs for large data sets.
• Demonstrated process-driven and methodical approach with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with remediation or audit response projects.
• Financial services operations or compliance background.

Work Schedule & Interview Process:

• Onsite in Newark, DE. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Overtime as needed based on volume.
• Zoom interview. One round, potentially two.
