Quality SupervisorIn this role, the Quality Supervisor will:Supervise and train QC Inspectors on procedures and professional development.Oversee inspections to ensure compliance with internal and customer specifications.Investigate quality issues and implement CAPAs.Maintain and review quality documentation.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.Collaborate with teams and suppliers on quality improvements and issue prevention.Manage non-conforming products and support audits.Verify incoming materials and CoAs, assist with calibration, and follow safety guidelines.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
