Build enterprise AI solutions with senior leaders across functions.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions that enhance regulatory change management and regulatory engagement activities.Champion innovation initiatives that leverage AI and Generative AI to improve efficiency, scalability, and regulatory effectiveness.Identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies into regulatory affairs processes and workflows.Advise senior leadership on AI opportunities, risks, and strategic priorities impacting the regulatory landscape.Regulatory Change Management & IntelligenceUtilize AI and Generative AI tools to monitor regulatory developments and identify emerging compliance requirements.Enhance the assessment, tracking, and implementation of new or revised regulations through advanced analytics and automation.Support the maintenance and modernization of regulatory inventories, obligations libraries, and governance repositories.Improve regulatory horizon scanning capabilities through the application of data-driven technologies.Regulatory Engagement & Supervisory SupportDeploy AI-enabled solutions to streamline regulatory examinations, supervisory reviews, information requests, and ongoing monitoring activities.Support preparation for regulatory meetings and interactions by improving data gathering, analysis, and reporting processes.Strengthen regulatory engagement programs through technology-enabled process improvements and insights.Help ensure timely and effective responses to regulatory inquiries and commitments.AI Governance, Risk & ControlsManage AI-related initiatives within Regulatory Affairs while ensuring alignment with enterprise governance frameworks.Perform risk assessments and reviews of AI systems to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks.Partner with AI governance, model risk management, and control functions to support the evaluation and approval of AI platforms and solutions.Monitor compliance with evolving AI regulatory requirements, supervisory expectations, and industry standards.Provide independent oversight and challenge of AI strategies, governance practices, and implementation efforts.Cross-Functional Partnership & Program ManagementCollaborate with technology, data, architecture, compliance, legal, operational, and business teams to implement AI solutions effectively.Assess the impact of new AI policies, standards, and procedures and support their execution across regulatory affairs functions.Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, control groups, auditors, regulators, and clients regarding AI-related matters.Coordinate and oversee enterprise initiatives aimed at expanding AI capabilities within regulatory processes.Reporting, Training & Continuous ImprovementSupport the development of dashboards, metrics, and management reporting related to AI governance and regulatory programs.Track and communicate progress on AI initiatives, key performance indicators, and risk metrics to leadership.Deliver training and guidance to stakeholders on AI-related regulatory requirements and best practices.Promote a culture of responsible AI usage, continuous improvement, and regulatory excellence across the organization.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Law, or a related discipline.5-10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, or a comparable function within financial services or another highly regulated industry.Demonstrated experience implementing AI, machine learning, and Generative AI solutions in a business or regulatory environment.Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, supervisory processes, and governance standards.Familiarity with U.S. regulatory agencies, including the FRB, SEC, FINRA, CFTC, NFA, and related oversight bodies.Understanding of large financial institution operations, including banking, capital markets, risk management, legal, compliance, and treasury functions.Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with governance, risk, compliance, and collaboration platforms.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team-oriented environment.What's On OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $180,000 to $210,000 annually.Permanent position within the Financial Services industry.Interested?
