Standard Job Description

Interprets federal and state and/or international regulations as they apply to products, financial processes, and other processes, practices and procedures. Investigates and resolves compliance problems, questions, or complaints received from other units of the company, customers, government regulatory agencies, etc. Implements policies and procedures to ensure that these are in compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations and that regulatory reporting requirements are met. May develop and implement programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies. May audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government laws and regulations. May include compliance review and approval of promotional materials, including post marketing.

Basic Qualifications

To be successful, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
• Experience with US Government Contracting and the associated regulations (Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS))
• Experience with auditing
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven strategic communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of peers, suppliers, as well as program and management, with an ability to persuade and motivate action.
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to obtain TS clearance
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience building relationships with peers and other subject matter experts throughout the company

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements
• Knowledge of LMAP/CAP requirements
• Experience with databases
• Experience with process improvement methods and tools

GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $111400.00 - $206800.00

• Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $100200.00 - $186200.00

• Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $89100.00 - $165500.00

• Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $80200.00 - $149000.00

• Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Lufkin, TX; etc.
