Job Summary

Job Type: Full Time

Reporting to the Direct of Clinical Quality Improvement, the Regulatory Compliance Manager will have direct involvement with senior management, physicians, and outside entities regarding compliance or other impactful issues. The Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for assisting the Patient Safety Officer to develop a comprehensive program for reducing clinical risks at the point of care and mitigating those risks once they occur in collaboration with their Regional Claims Manager and Tenet Risk Management Department. He/she will assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of its risk prevention program through tracking of adverse events and through developing and reporting of other key risk management metrics.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor of Public Health, Health Care Administration, Operations Analysis, clinical or other related fields, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Minimum Experience/Skills:

  • 3+ years experience working in a Quality/Risk/Compliance Department and in leading interdisciplinary initiatives in process improvement or directly with improving reliability of healthcare delivery at the point of care.

Licenses/Certificates/Credentials:

  • CA RN license
  • Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred
