Regulatory Compliance Specialist I

$54,000 - $67,000 | Hybrid with in-person reporting to Duluth, MN

Play a key role in maintaining the Company''s regulatory compliance by tracking policy changes, supporting regulatory filings, and fostering strong internal and external partnerships. Provides regulatory guidance that helps the organization make informed decisions and meet its compliance obligations effectively and efficiently.

What you''ll do

  • Maintain a broad knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements focused on state and federal regulatory agencies' requirements and policies.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of regulatory compliance processes, procedures and filings in conjunction with other internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain internal working relationships for purposes of the effective and informed development of regulatory filings.
  • Contribute regulatory expertise during internal project development.
  • Develop and utilize external relationships to help move forward Company positions and assist in ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure adequate and timely internal review of regulatory filings and discovery.
  • Track and monitor regulation and policy to determine the impact to the Company and to identify priority compliance issues.

What you''ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A valid driver's license and the responsibility to maintain it.

How to stand out

  • Possess one year or more professional experience in government, nonprofit or corporate settings or a similar level of experience working with regulations, policies and compliance.

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $54,000 - $67,000. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, and experience. Additionally, this position qualifies for a comprehensive benefits package including:
