Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Someone who has Food sciences, Bio/chem background would be ideal.
  • This person should be familiar with Regulatory Affairs
  • Coordinate and organize regulatory requests for customers.
  • Position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The position requires that the individual receive and distribute requests to the appropriate personnel, create reference documentation for review and manage approvals and outstanding requests.
  • Maintain accurate requests received and distributed for projects and maintain status of the outstanding requests.
  • 4-year college degree, preferably in Chemistry or Food Sciences or 4-year college degree with minimum 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, either project management, customer service, or general office administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and to work independently.
  • Detail oriented. Excellent organization skills a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications required.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate under tight deadlines.
