    Regulatory Relations Senior Analyst

    What you'll do:

    As a Regulatory Relations Senior Analyst you''ll maintain the bank''s open, cooperative, and constructive relations with its regulators, assisting the Regulatory Relations Manager as the central point of contact for all regulatory interactions. You''ll collaborate with colleagues across corporate compliance and throughout the company to respond to regulatory inquiries and deliver critical bank documentation. One of your key responsibilities will be to support regulatory examinations, coordinating document requests and facilitating communications between regulators and bank management.

    • Responsible for supporting the Risk organization by assisting in the operations of federal and state regulatory interactions including exam planning, document coordination, and general communications
    • Prepare for regulatory examinations and continuous monitoring, including but not limited to building and system access requests, meeting scheduling and documentation, and the tracking and delivery of exam artifacts
    • Provide accurate, complete, and timely written regulatory communications throughout the regulatory exam and continuous monitoring lifecycle
    • Support system of record enhancements. Maintain exam schedules, internal document repositories, and operating procedures

    What you'll need:

    • 2+ years of related experience in Regulatory Relations, Risk Management, Corporate Communications or similar field
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Intermediate knowledge of industry standards and practices and applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations
    • Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations
    • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments at all levels and build relationships with external and internal partners
    • Intermediate speaking and writing skills
