Regulatory Reporting Change Management

Support regulatory reporting issue management, remediation tracking, and process improvement initiatives. Prepare meeting materials, document updates, track open items, and drive stakeholder follow-ups and escalations. Support Axiom implementation and automation, including defect resolution, enhancements, and management reporting. Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system deployments and enhancements. Maintain accurate regulatory issue data, governance documentation, project milestones, dependencies, and risks. Partner with finance, technology, and regulatory teams to keep projects and remediation efforts on track.

A successful Regulatory Reporting Change Management professional should have experience with regulatory reporting, issue management, remediation tracking, and financial services controls. Hands-on experience with Axiom implementation, defect resolution, UAT, or finance technology/system change initiatives. Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and driving follow-ups across finance and technology teams. Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
