The analyst will collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to maintain data integrity and support continuous improvement efforts in product information quality.
Key Responsibilities
Review and proofread online regulatory information to ensure consistency with packaging labels
Analyze data patterns and trends to assess the integrity and accuracy of product information
Perform data validation using both automated and manual review processes
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
Document inconsistencies, log discrepancies, and conduct trend analysis for escalation to leadership
Prioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines
Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate representation of all products online
