Work inside the dedicated therapy gyms within these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

Are you eager to make a positive impact in the lives of patients on their path to recovery? We are looking for a dedicated Rehab Aide to join our compassionate team at Step Up Rehab. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in supporting our therapy staff and enhancing the rehabilitative experience for our residents.
Rehab Aide Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED is required; college experience is a plus
Experience: Prior experience in post-acute or skilled nursing settings is preferred
Professionalism: Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
Therapeutic Knowledge: Familiarity with materials and equipment used in physical, occupational, and speech therapy
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and therapy staff
Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrated emotional stability to manage the demands of both patients and team members
Confidentiality: Commitment to maintaining patient and employee confidentiality
Tech-Savvy: Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office programs; experience with Rehab Optima/Net Health Therapy is a plus
CNA Certification: required for this position.
