Position: Rehab Aide
Location:3075 Middle Dr Columbus IN 47203
Type of Employment: PRN, as needed
Schedule: Hours vary, Weekdays
Compensation: $14.00 - $14.50, hourly, based on experience
Are you passionate about helping patients on their rehabilitation journey? Do you enjoy working in an outpatient physical therapy setting? Come join our team as a rehab aide! In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations.

Responsibilities:
- Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions
- Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment
- Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)
- Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a pre-health profession (biology, rehabilitation sciences, exercise science, etc.)
- CPR certification
- First aid certification
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center
