Sports and Rehab Chiropractor

Pleasant Hill, California  |  Full-Time  |  Cash-Based Sports Medicine and Rehab Practice

Are you stuck in a system that limits what you can actually do for the people in front of you?

If you want a caseload full of runners, CrossFitters, golfers, and active adults who are genuinely invested in their outcomes, who want your input to matter, and who want your development taken seriously, keep reading.

Mt. Diablo Sport and Spine is a premium, cash-based sports medicine and rehab chiropractic practice in Pleasant Hill, California. We don't contract with insurance. Instead, we use advanced rehab methodologies and work with the most motivated clients in the East Bay. We're growing, and we're looking for the right person to grow with us.

Why Mt. Diablo Sport and Spine

Practice freedom, without the volume grind. Insurance rules and quotas stifle good clinical work. Here, you get 1-hour evaluations and 1-hour follow-ups, room to apply your full expertise, and a small-business environment where your ideas actually get implemented.

A caseload worth showing up for. Our facility serves runners, CrossFitters, golfers, and performance-minded active adults who care about their results. Our vision is to move chiropractic away from cookie-cutter, temporary fixes toward personalized, long-term results through movement solutions and strength training. If you believe being a chiropractor is about more than skilled adjusting, you'll fit right in.

People-first values. A great practice puts clients and clinicians first. Ours: Learn It, Share It. Choose Positivity. Empower, Don't Limit. Seek to Understand. Change the Standard.

Real growth, built into the week. We block 2 hours every week for team training and education, plus 60 minutes of 1:1 mentorship with an experienced sports and rehab DC. For the right person with ownership ambitions, we offer a pathway to lead a new location, with mentorship and training along the way.

What You'll Do

  • Perform movement analysis, gait analysis, sports performance testing, initial evaluations, and follow-up appointments
  • Help clients achieve their clinical, health, and lifestyle goals
  • Clearly communicate the value of our care
  • Deliver care strong enough that clients refer their friends and family

Who We're Looking For

  • A clinician inspired to move chiropractic forward using strength training and rehab
  • A team player who wants their input to count
  • Someone who loves building meaningful client relationships in pursuit of real goals
  • A person genuinely passionate about sports and strength and conditioning
