Dietitians & Nutritionist to work at a facility in
Brooklyn, NY. These are
registry positions with our company.
$100 Sign-On BonusPay Rate: $50 / hour
Shift details:Job Duties: Coordinate medical records for clinical nutrition; Ensure medical records reflect nutritional status of the individuals and meets OMH regulations; Maintain annual completion of assessments; Complete individual nutrition notes as established through priority risk of each individual; Attend treatment team meetings and discharge meetings; Complete annual assessments and progress notes; Process diet changes; Maintain monthly diet list and computer records; When assigned, conduct nutritional groups to clients; Ensure OMH regulations are adhered to and for overall nutritional health and safety of the individuals; Perform diet office duties in the absence of the Diet Technician; Make recommendations to the treatment team for
maintenance and/or improvement of nutritional status; Recommend changes to diet regimen to address nutritional concerns;
Minimum requirements, including licenses and certifications: Registered Dietitian
