What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care to rehab patients recovering from strokes, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, and other conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress, administer treatments, and document care accurately
• Support patients’ rehabilitation goals through compassionate and expert nursing interventions
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning as needed

What You Need
Required:

• Active RN license in Louisiana or an active multi-state license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of general rehab or related nursing experience
• Epic EMR experience
• Ability to work Night shift (18:30 – 07:00) and float as needed

Preferred:

• Experience with stroke, spinal cord, brain injury rehab
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
