Rehab Service Coordinator

Rehab Services Coordinator, a front-office lead role in a rehabilitation or outpatient therapy setting. 

Responsibilities:

• Managing clerical staff,
• Overseeing front office functions and for all clerical duties including patient intake,
• Scheduling, registering patients
• Verifying insurances,
• Tacking insurance authorizations,
• collecting copays,
• Answering phones and providing general administrative support functions. 

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Strong leadership and managerial abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Experience in an outpatient setting strongly preferred but not required.
