Expected pay for this position is $17.00 - $18.89/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

 

Overview:

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Technician to support patient care under the guidance of licensed therapists and help maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized therapy environment across both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role involves regular travel between facilities within a 30‑mile radius. Ideal candidates are motivated, detail‑oriented, and adaptable—ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients every day.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education: High School diploma or GED.

 

Licensure/Certifications: American Heart BLS Certification Or obtain within first 90 days of hire.

 

Other skills/knowledge: Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate to the population served. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Excellent computer skills and the ability to process detailed information in an accurate manner.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Previous experience as a Rehabilitation Services Tech.
