As a Rehabilitation Aide, you will support older adults and frail participants with daily rehabilitation activities, functional maintenance programs, and therapy services.
This role is a good fit if you have experience in senior care, personal care, therapy support, or rehabilitation aide work and want to build hands-on skills under the direction of Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists.

What Youll Do
- Assist with functional maintenance therapy programs as directed by PT and OT staff
- Support therapeutic exercises, group activities, and daily rehabilitation services
- Observe participant changes and report concerns to supervising therapists
- Document daily treatment services accurately and on time
- Clean, organize, and monitor therapy equipment and supplies
- Provide direct personal care support when assigned
What Youll Bring
- At least one year of experience working with older adults or frail adults
- Interest in rehabilitation, therapy services, senior care, or participant support
- Ability to follow Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist instructions
- Basic verbal and written English communication skills
- Basic computer skills for documentation and records
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, push, pull, reach, stoop, and support participant care safely
