Rehabilitation Manager SLP, PT, or OT required - Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Rehabilitation Manager (SLP, PT, or OT required) for our Wilmington, DE Medicare Certified home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients.

Responsibilities for a Rehabilitation Manager:

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Supervise a team of field clinicians.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new clinicians.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.

Qualifications for a Rehabilitation Manager:

• Speech Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist required.
• Supervisory experience.
• Home Health field experience is required

Compensation: $90,000-$95,000 annually, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
