Salary: $80.000.00 -$118.000.00
Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation.We provide a full continuum of highly effective services - for people of all ages and every level of abilities - based on best practices and scientifically proven techniques. Our services include special education, vocational training, supported employment, structured day programs, group home and apartment programs both on-campus and in the community, and outpatient rehabilitation services.
Position Summary: Provides direct, consultative, and supportive assessment and therapeutic services in psychotherapy and cognitive rehabilitation therapy to persons served and outpatients to enhance individual potential for learning and to meet the specific rehabilitation needs of persons served.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Psychology, or a related psychological field required for current licensure by the State of New Jersey.
Special Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate medical information, test results, diagnoses and/or proposed treatment in a manner easily understood is required. Knowledge of psychosocial counseling techniques, educational development test administration and interpretation, and interviewing and psychological/developmental assessment skills required. Knowledge of state and federal laws, regulations, policies, and standards pertaining to the provision of psychosocial services to disabled individuals required.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required with a strong desire to work with neurologically-challenged individuals. Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team required. Ability to implement crisis intervention techniques required. Attainment of CPR, First Aid, and Crisis Prevention and Intervention certification within first 90 days of employment required. Valid driver's license required in incumbent's legal name and current address with no provisional restrictions. Minimum 18 years of age required.
