Coordinates regular chart audits and reviews for accurate and timely completion for the assigned areateam including input of PI data as required and educates the clinical team coaching individuals to support regulatory and content compliance with clinical documentation. Performs all duties of a Clinician as per the associated Clinicians job description based on license. Serves as a clinical resource for physicians stakeholders patients and staff escalating issues as appropriate to their leader as appropriate. Assists in daily operations including active involvement in clinical and service rounding develops and delivers clinical content at staff meetings conducts staff meetings completes management reports and Investigates responds to complaints.
