What You'll Be Doing as a Rodbuster
- Tying and placing rebar on major bridge & highway projects
- Working on footings, columns, decks, barriers, and more
- Reading plans and executing with precision
- Keeping jobs on track while working safely as a team
What It Takes to be a Robuster
- Real rebar (rodbusting) experience -- no shortcuts here
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in tough conditions
- Comfortable with heights and outdoor work
- Reliable transportation
- Team-first mindset and strong work ethic
