Location: This position is based onsite at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, CA and may be eligible for hybrid work after a 90-day probationary period (not fully remote). About the Opportunity: Ensign Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented REIT Accounting Resource to join our growing Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional looking to gain exposure to public company reporting, real estate accounting, financial reporting, and REIT operations. The REIT Accounting Resource will support the monthly close process, financial reporting activities, account reconciliations, and various special projects. This role works closely with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, and Investment teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across a diverse real estate portfolio.
