ROLE SUMMARY

Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining quality portfolios across all the processing centers. RO needs to follow all necessary regulatory requirements and compliance. This role requires communication skills in the local language.

Business Development

Drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders.

He needs to source and empanel new connectors on every month

To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business.

Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads

Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business

Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM

To find, nurture and develop excellent relationships with the Referral Partners and Connectors
