Relationship Manager

Job Summary: The Relationship Manager is the financial liaison to every member entering the branch and is focused on improving our member financial wellness. The Relationship Manager will supervise the daily sales, service and operations of the branch.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Perform business development calls on local businesses, schools and parishes.
• Executes the OC leadership process providing team guidance and coaching.
• Enforce bank regulations and oversee bank security.
• Acts as a financial counselor to Identify ways to help Members make or save money.
• Assist members with opening new accounts, explaining credit union products and services, and resolving member concerns.
• Identify consumer, mortgage and commercial loan referral opportunities.
• Leads and participates in Branch call sessions' and other community events with the intent of growing membership and educating members on the credit union's products and services.
• Lead the daily operations of the branch including vault management, branch audits and branch security.
• Operate a Teller window processing member transactions as needed.
• Lead the Bank in School initiative in the local market.
• Adhere to regulatory and legal compliance within the branch.
• Present a professional appearance as you are the face of the Credit Union.
