We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and driven Relationship Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. Operating on a part-time basis, you'll manage a portfolio of client accounts, championing customer service, contract fulfillment, and relationship-driven sales. Your role will be the heartbeat of our client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and unlocking opportunities for financial success

Daily Responsibilities

• Act as a pivotal contact for clients, ensuring consistent satisfaction
• Provide excellent, timely, and professional support to both clients and fellow associates
• Share financial insights and provide education on vital areas such as investments and retirement planning
• Craft tailored financial plans for clients, guiding them through budget, debt, and investment strategies
• Identify, develop, and secure upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client portfolios
• Enjoy a sales role free from cold calling and door knocking

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older and a U.S. citizen
• Able to pass a background check
• Excellent communication skills
• Life Producer license required within the first 2 weeks
• Ability to interpret account health metrics and identify growth opportunities
