Relativity Technical Analyst
Location: Washington, DC | Duration: 10+ months | Onsite
Seeking for an experienced Relativity Technical Analyst to provide advanced technical support for the Relativity eDiscovery platform. This role involves system analysis, Oracle database technologies, SQL development, Python automation, document processing, and application troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support for the Relativity eDiscovery platform.
- Manage litigation documents using Relativity Import/Export and Processing tools.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries for reporting and data analysis.
- Support Oracle database activities, including query development and troubleshooting.
- Develop Python scripts to automate tasks and improve workflows.
- Troubleshoot Relativity application, database, and document processing issues.
- Support Relativity application upgrades and platform enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with eDiscovery standards.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience supporting the Relativity platform in a litigation support or eDiscovery environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle databases and SQL development.
- Advanced SQL skills including complex queries and performance tuning.
- Experience with Python scripting for automation.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with Windows Server environments.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification.
- Experience with Relativity Processing, Import/Export, and ARM.
- Experience integrating Relativity with enterprise applications using APIs or automation tools.
- Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages.
- Knowledge of performance tuning for Oracle databases.
