Responsibilities

• Facilitate Pre- and Post-PI Plan readiness by fostering an ongoing exploration process that drives the synthesis of aging visioning, aging roadmap, and backlogs.
• Summarize team PI objectives into program PI objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency.
• Facilitate periodic synchronization events, including the ART syncing.
• Assist with decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and rolling up to epics, where necessary.
• Coach leaders, teams, and scrum masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
• Encourage collaboration with teams to help ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
• Improve the flow of value through value streams by improving and assessing practices.
• Anticipate potential issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements

• 6 years of Release Train Engineer experience.
• Experience guiding teams and leaders through the Agile Release Train (ART) processes including PI planning, synchronization events, and continuous improvement.
• Experience fostering collaboration, transparency, and alignment across diverse teams.
• Experience coaching teams and scrum masters in Lean-Agile principles and mindsets.
• Experience identifying and mitigating potential issues to ensure the smooth flow of value through value streams.
• Experience continuously improving Agile processes and practices to drive relentless improvement.

Preferred

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or other related certifications.
