Job Description:
- Work as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) processes and execution.
- Coordinate across multiple Agile teams for Automated Release Management activities.
- Ensure PI Planning, synchronization meetings, and Inspect & Adapt workshops are well-organized and effective.
- Provide support in risk management, impediment removal, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to ensure timely releases.
- Hands-on experience in RTE tools, dashboards, and metrics reporting.
