Job Title: Senior Release Train Engineer
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Remote)
Duration: 6 months
Must-have skills:
- SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Program Management
- AI Tools
Years of experience required for each skill? At least 3 years
Responsibilities:
o Lead end-to-end Agile Release Train execution across multiple delivery teams.
o Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning and SAFe governance ceremonies.
o Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and escalations to ensure predictable delivery.
o Coach Agile teams and stakeholders on Lean-Agile and SAFe best practices.
o Align business strategy, product roadmaps, and delivery execution across stakeholders.
o Measure ART performance and drive continuous improvement to increase quality, speed, and business value.
o Knowledgeable in AI tools (CoPilot, Claude, etc) and processes (AIDLC).
