- Strong knowledge and experience working with agile delivery teams in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Frameworks) environment
- Strong Release Train Engineer role knowledge, PI Readiness, Planning, risk and dependency management skills
- Strong Report building skills Confluence/Tableau/Excel
- Strong Excel/Data skills
- Certifications preferred:
- SAFe Release Train Engineer certification or SAFe SPC Certification
- SAFe Scaled Agile certification
