Job Description
- 10+ years of professional experience in RTE activities.
- Facilitate PI Planning: Organize and lead the Program Increment (PI) planning events, including readiness, agenda, and, ultimately, the confidence vote.
- Manage ART Flow: Monitor and improve the delivery of value through the Continuous Delivery Pipeline, addressing bottlenecks.
- Servant Leadership: Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in Lean-Agile practices.
- Risk & Impediment Management: Proactively identify, manage, and escalate dependencies and risks, such as budget or resource constraints.
- Improvement: Foster a culture of relentless improvement through Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshops.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a bridge between teams, product management, and business owners.
- Experience: Proven experience in a Scrum Master or similar agile coaching role, often with 5+ years in agile development.
- SAFe Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders and align teams.
- Leadership: Ability to lead without formal authority (servant leadership).
- Certifications: Often requires SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
