Description
The position is based in the Greater Pensacola Area and offers a hybrid work setting. 
As a Release Train Engineer, you will coordinate Agile Release Train events and facilitate team empowerment to remove impediments. 
This role requires experience in agile transformation and proficiency with generic project management and collaboration technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate Agile Release Train events, including planning and demos.
Enable teams to remove impediments and escalate issues as necessary.
Manage dependencies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Develop and maintain program release communication plans.
Gather and report performance metrics and update release plans.

Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
Experience in successful agile transformation and coaching.
Proficient with generic project management and collaboration tools.
Proven track record in leading successful delivery teams.
Ability to coach and mentor teams towards agility.
