Release Train Engineer RTECloud Platform

Kforce has a client in Acton, MA that is seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE/Cloud Platform).

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support a Cloud Platform Agile Release Train within a highly regulated environment. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Systems Engineering, and Program Management to drive planning, execution, and delivery across multiple Agile teams. The environment follows SAFe Agile practices, including quarterly PI Planning and ART-level ceremonies. The RTE will act as a key delivery leader, aligning teams on priorities, managing dependencies, and ensuring successful execution of committed objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, and Inspect & Adapt events
• Coordinate planning and execution across multiple Agile teams supporting cloud platform initiatives
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and impediments to ensure aligned delivery
• Provide visibility into ART performance through metrics, milestone tracking, and forecasting
• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Systems Engineering, and Engineering Leadership to support feature readiness and planning
• Drive issue resolution and escalation across teams and stakeholders
• Support Agile teams that may not have dedicated Scrum Master coverage
• Collaborate with adjacent platform and product teams to align integration efforts and delivery plans
