Summary: We are seeking a highly collaborative Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead, coach, and facilitate our Agile Release Train (ART). In this role, you will not act as a traditional top-down manager, but rather as a servant leader and coach who removes systemic impediments, manages cross-team dependencies, and optimizes delivery flow. You will serve as the central facilitator connecting Scrum Masters, Product Management, System Architects, and Executive Stakeholders to ensure our development pipeline aligns directly with strategic business objectives.
A Release Train Engineer (RTE) operates as a "Chief Scrum Master" responsible for orchestrating and optimizing the operations of an Agile Release Train (ART). Operating within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), this professional works as a high-level servant leader who synchronizes multiple cross-functional teams to ensure continuous value delivery.
