Senior Reliability Design Engineer - Urgent

Location- Beverly, MA Onsite

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Reliability Engineering.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in reliability or component engineering, preferably within the semiconductor capital equipment industry.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with Vacuum Systems and Robotic Automation.
    • Deep understanding of High-Voltage electronics and safety interlock systems.
    • Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and mechanical assembly drawings.
    • Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., JEDEC, MIL-STD, SEMI).
  • Tools: Experience with Minitab, ReliaSoft, Python, or MATLAB for data analysis.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and the communication skills required to present technical findings to diverse stakeholders.

  • Coordinate failure analysis of reliability devices
  • Utilized for reliability data analysis
  • Attend routine reliability team meetings, maintain reliability data
