Job Title: Reliability Development Engineer

Location: Raymond, OH

Job Summary: The Reliability Development Engineer will validate vehicle systems and subsystems to meet strength, durability, and reliability targets through testing, simulation, and engineering analysis. The role involves planning and executing reliability tests, analyzing results, identifying root causes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute vehicle and subsystem reliability tests and simulations
• Analyze test data and perform root cause analysis for performance concerns
• Develop and implement countermeasure plans with cross-functional engineering teams
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and present findings to engineering leadership
• Support test setup verification and ensure validation activities are executed as planned

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in automotive reliability, durability testing, or validation engineering
• Experience with FEA tools such as Abaqus, Nastran, HyperMesh, ANSA, or LS-DYNA
• Proficiency in CATIA or SolidWorks and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of Python, MATLAB, or Java is preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
