    Description

    Are you passionate about solving complex equipment challenges? We're seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead root cause investigations, improve equipment reliability, and partner with Operations and Maintenance to maximize uptime and performance.Qualifications8+ years of maintenance and reliability experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.Must have a strong working knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance practices for high-speed rotating equipment.Experience utilizing data analysis, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies to improve asset performance.Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.U.S. citizen or green card holderKey ResponsibilitiesLead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring equipment failures.Improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, PMs, and equipment maintenance plans.Partner with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering to improve asset performance and reduce downtime.Analyze maintenance data to drive reliability improvements and reduce costs.Support capital projects, reliability assessments, and new facility start-ups.Identify critical spare parts and assist with Bill of Materials (BOM) development.Apply Six Sigma and continuous improvement principles while balancing office and field responsibilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
